Your profile, your check-ins, and a workout log that follows the plan Profile is now one page with you, your goals and your settings. Every check-in and every file from your coach is a tap away, a session starts straight from your schedule, and logging a workout fits what your coach planned, drop sets included. 1. New: Profile is one page: you at the top, then what your coach has set up for you, then your settings. 2. New: Every check-in you have sent is on Profile, month by month. Open one to see what you answered. 3. New: Files and media on Profile gathers everything your coach has shared, newest first, with a “New” mark on what you have not opened yet. In chat, a photo button at the top opens every picture and video from that conversation. 4. New: Tap a session in your Schedule to open it and start, whether or not it has a day yet. Picking a day is its own small button on the card. 5. Improved: Logging a workout follows the plan: headings over every column, time or distance for cardio and mobility, your coach's numbers on the exercise line until you tick a set, drop sets as their own rows, and a history button on every exercise. 6. Improved: Tempo, RIR and RPE from your coach now sit on the exercise line as guidance. 7. New: Reply to a specific message in chat: hold it, choose Reply, and your answer shows which message it is about. 8. Improved: “See the whole week” shows calendar weeks, Monday to Sunday, and you can swipe back through earlier weeks. On Today, finished habits sink to the bottom, and once everything is done the card steps aside the next time you open the app. 9. Improved: Photos, measurements and body fat can go with your check-in on their own, without a weight. 10. Improved: Diet always shows the plan your coach gave you most recently, as soon as it is shared. Pull down on Diet to refresh. 11. Improved: Photos and videos in chat take less room: one row of thumbnails, “+N” unfolds the rest, and a tap opens them full screen.
