After being a former collegiate and professional football player I’ve have always been active. So when I was introduced to this move to earn app that will reward you for something you do everyday it was a no brainer.Since I’ve been a part of Movequest I’ve lost over 96 pounds and I haven’t regained a pound. I’m actually below my playing weight when I was in college back in 1986! This definitely is my favorite app on my apple device. Movequest is like my position coach back in the day that helps to holds me accountable because it records my daily activities which in turn incentivizes me to get up and keep active.Not to mention I’ve learned so much from this platform about cryptocurrency.
