Pick your own challenges, and race for first place. CHOOSE A CHALLENGE Five challenges at a time, each worth points for how hard it is. Take the ones you want, hold up to three at once, and swap any you do not want, three a day. Finish one and its points bank themselves while a fresh challenge takes its place. Highest score at the end of the month wins, and first place sits at the top of the screen the whole way. SET UP A COMPETITION BY TALKING TO MO Tell Coach Mo what you want, and it builds the competition with you, one question at a time. Every question has buttons too, so you can tap the whole thing out without typing a word. THREE NEW WAYS TO SCORE Personal Goal sets each person a target sized to them, so a beginner and a marathoner can race without it being a joke. Stick To It is about showing up rather than going all out. Group Goal adds everything the group does into one number you chase together. And if you wear a WHOOP, you can score on Strain. EXPORT YOUR ACTIVITY Settings, then Export a report. Choose a date range and the metrics you want, and you get a CSV you can open anywhere. A day you did not sync comes through blank rather than zero, so your averages tell the truth. FRIENDS IS NOW SOCIAL Your leagues, the global leaderboard, and everyone you are racing all live in one tab. The Moving now row shows who is out there today with their rings filling. Tap anyone to open their profile. HELP IN ONE TAP There is a Help button right on the Home screen now.
