About
Every film does the same things. The hero walks away from an explosion without looking back. Somebody says the title out loud. The villain monologues instead of shooting. Movie Night Bingo turns
all of it into a game you play while you watch.
Pick a pack, deal a card, and dab each cliché as it happens on screen. First to a full row, column, or diagonal shouts BINGO. Keep going for a second line, or hold out for the whole card.
PLAY TOGETHER, WITH NO SETUP
One person deals a card and reads out four characters. Everyone else types them in. That is the entire multiplayer system: no accounts, no sign-in, no internet connection, and nothing sent
anywhere. The code itself carries the pack, the card size, and the deal.
Choose whether everyone gets a different arrangement of the same pack, which is the classic race, or the identical card, so nobody can win on an easier draw.
SIX PACKS, 315 CLICHÉS
Action, Horror, Rom-Com, Sci-Fi, Christmas, and Reality TV, with more than fifty tiles in every pack so the same card does not come back next week. Long-press any tile to settle an argument about
whether it counts.
Three card sizes: a quick 3 x 3, a 4 x 4 that lasts a whole film, or a 5 x 5 with a free centre square. Hate your card? Shuffle it as many times as you like, right up until you dab the first tile.
MAKE IT YOUR OWN
Copy any included pack and edit the copy: cut the tiles you never see, add your group's own running jokes, and give it a name and a badge. The original pack never changes, so a code always deals
the same content on everyone's phone. Write a pack from scratch too, and share either one with the table as a single pasteable message.
Six colour themes, including a light one for playing with the lights on. Ten dab marks and ten dab colours, because with four phones showing the same card, "mine is the purple skulls" is how you
tell them apart.
WHEN YOU WIN
A flashbulb, falling confetti, a fanfare through the speaker, and the winning line lighting up one tile at a time. Loud enough that the rest of the room looks up, which is the point. Turn the noise
off if you would rather not.
Finished nights are saved. Pull an old card back up to admire it, and add the film's title afterwards, because nobody decides what to watch until the card is already dealt. Share a spoiler-free
grid of your night that never names a single trope.
FREE, WITH NO CATCH
Every pack, every card size, and every theme, with no ads, no accounts, no tracking, and no paywall. There is a tip jar if the app earned a laugh on a Friday night. It is entirely optional and
unlocks nothing, because there is nothing left to unlock.
Works on iPhone and iPad.
