This app is one of the worst unfriendly user apps there is. Not only do I have to reset every month for something I’ve paid a year for. But it will not accept its own QR code off the TV. And the directions they give you to download from the TV don’t match the app. This is more of a headache than it’s worth.

Don’t use this app.
I feel like it’s some sort of scam, you can’t log in with your existing google account and it wants you to use your iCloud to pay. The subscription is also more expensive than normal. Just don’t bother I’d go to the moviebox website and download the KF Panda app through them to access MBP from your phone.

I paid the premium subscription for a year using Apple Pay. It isn’t showing paid. I don’t have access to the movies.

This is a scam, this is not the original movie box pro. You are using the same logo and name but the accounts do not link. Your prices are different. I canceled within 5 minutes. Please refund or I will just have cc company handle it.
You can’t watch any movies
I paid the 12.99 for the monthly rate and it actually took 14.99 off my card just for me not to be able to watch any of the movies.. I basically just paid money for me and family to browse through a movie app because we can’t watch anything but movie trailers that’s it that’s all.. I’m very much so disappointed.. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS APP ITS NOT WORTH IT🤬😡😤
