Fix the issue
I’m not even able to play.. it says “whoops wrong room” and keeps saying that 😔

BUGGY this game breaks a frequent amount, Bans people for no reason but doesn’t ban trolls, scammers, hackers, or cyber bullies. verrryyyy much a pay to “win” game it’s always buy buy buy for anything cute even in shop, lots of issues that have been reported are ignored, they ignore the communities notes/questions/emails/complaints/suggestions/etc., the games been broken in many ways but they only fix the stuff that will keep them getting money, very boring game tbh it’s very fun at first when ur building up but once you hit peak ur just sitting afk in a lobby and so is everyone else. I play this game because it’s addictive in the trading system but even the trading system is corrupt.

Used to work
Loved this game. Even bought the VIP and a few more of the gold packs and now suddenly upon opening the app it says “Opps! Wrong room!” Ive tried closing and reopening the app. Waiting a few hours. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. Nothing works. Fix the game!!
msp2 is currently down
neither me or anyone else i know that plays msp2 can currently open the game without it saying “oops. wrong room! unfortunately, this room is no longer available. we will get you back to plaza in no time!” i asked like 4 people.
I’m stuck on the loading page when I open the app…

I tried logging into my Msp account but it’s stuck on 70 it wouldn’t go any further it keep saying oops try again like could u fix the USA server everyone can go into the game you really need to fixed the buggin asap please stop locking out vips users out for nothin banned the scammers and hackers and the once’s to bullying other people do better Msp

Love the D PACKS
I haven’t played this game since it opened in beta it’s my absolute favorite I play it every single day I do every single event, and I have almost every single login. I buy everything that I can from this. I love dressing up and the clothes that they have for the females the clothes for the males could do a little bit better and the D packs could use a little more variety but overall, I love it way more than movies star planet one

Great but..
So like I thought the game was great but it’s very different from the original. I liked the avatar BUT every update is just cash grab and most of the stuff (cute stuff) are VIP and honestly to look good and have cute avatars you gotta be VIP and it sucks. I just got an event eyes which are cute and pretty popular BUT when I finished customizing my avatar it took me to a loading screen telling me the plaza was unavailable and it would teleport me to another, I clicked okay but nothing happened and same message kept popping up. I refreshed even deleted the game and even tried a diff device but nothing. I don’t think I’ll go back to msp2 bc I can’t even access my account or Any accs I make

Fun game but terrible customer service
I love this game to be honest I haven’t found a game that will keep me wanting to play more…but unfortunately I have ran into a problem. over a week ago I got logged out of my account, I figured it was a bug so I updated my game and it still wouldn’t work so I reached out to customer service and have now not gotten one reply and I’ve send it the information they needed to log me back into my account. I hate having to make this review cause it really is a fun game but I’ve spend money on my account and I should be able to have help getting back into it …maybe by making this review I could actually get some help and not ignored.

So pls read I really love the game but like WHY DOES IT TAKE 4EVA TO LOAD I’m literally getting stuck at 8 and then my KEYBOARD POPS UP!? TO CHANGE MY USERNAME!! 😤🤬 it’s soo annoying but the game is really fun it’s one of my favorite games but pls HELP I HATE THE BUG PLS SQUISH THIS ONE TOO!!! :(

Really glitchy recently. All of my locations like beach, home, plaza, etc are overlapping onto each other on one screen. Some days I can’t even play bc the app just won’t load for whatever reason. I’ve updated, made a new account, tried different wi-fi’s and nothing.

Love it! But some improvements...
I absolutely love this game! Find myself going on it everyday, love the fashion and the games. I do wish it was easier to earn money, like on old MSP when you could go to high-score rooms and pet all the pets. I also miss forums from old MSP, I think it should be added.
Essentially, a really good and fun game! Just needs some of the parts of old MSP added on. Quicker ways to earn money would be nice!

Sucking on the loading screen for 2-3 hours won’t load past 8%

I have created multiple characters and every time after I create my character and load into the game I have no face and no clothes

One of my biggest pet peeves since starting msp was the limited gifting. Now that I’m on msp2 I’m like in awe and happy but I really REALLY wish you would just get rid of the gifting limit. There’s no reason for it..and add actual trading! Like msp had! But NO LIMIT!!! I hear so many others complain about the limit. For us users that pay for vip subscription we would like to be able to gift unlimited. I am a nice person that likes to spend a lot of money on this game and gift items to others that don’t have it. PLEASEEEEEEEEE PLEASE PLEASE DO THIS

Bug Issue
First off let me say thank you for giving this game another chance. Now that I'm older and I'm able to spend money on this game. The only issue I'm having is being unable to open the daily gifts and the vip presents that's laying around. And I also currently can’t complete one of the tour options
