These people have been running their “games” for almost 2 decades and still nothing works. MSP2 has been out for YEARS now and it’s still an empty shell. It’s literally unplayable, the connectivity issues are constant, nothing loads, the only thing that sometimes works is taking your money, and even then i’ve seen many instances of people paying and not receiving their items. It’s microtransaction hell and there is no real content to even justify calling it a game. It’s such a waste of a good concept and I honestly can’t wait for the day a copycat version comes out that actually works. It’s clear the owners don’t care, they see the all the complaints and stay silent. It almost feels like because the target demographic is young girls they don’t care if the game actually works — as long as you can put on ur overpriced shiny clothes on ur avatar! It’s disrespectful.

Game has not been working for a couple days now, tried deleting and reinstalling etc. Completely unable to even go into chat rooms, play games, even click my messages!
It’s alright
I have been playing this game for years just because I like customizing characters and playing dress up. This game doesn’t really have much to it, but if it weren’t for bugs and errors, I’d give it 4 stars. I’m writing this review right now because my game won’t load anything even though I searched it up and it says that the game isn’t currently down and should be working fine. I’m a little frustrated because with how long the game’s been out it should definitely have better quality and all these bugs shouldn’t exist. Developers, please do better.

Fix it please
The game is lagging and not letting me into any new room. I try to get out of the beach and into the main room and it won’t let me. I try going from the beach to the park and it won’t let me. What’s going on.

I love this game. I came back to MSP2 after playing MSP around 10 years ago. I fell in love all over again and I love playing but right now there is a major bug happening that is preventing so many people from being able to do anything before the game crashes. I love this game but I can’t keep playing if every time I login, the system crashes and logs me out 😭

Mid compared to OG game
I’ve tired playing and I feel like theirs like nothing to do, the clothes aren’t as fun even tho they seem really similar. No one chats that I’ve seen. I’ll just stay on OG MSP
Update Msp 1, Msp 2 is very mediocre and lacks the nostalgic vibes and creativity the old game had.
Please update Msp 1. This version is boring. It's hard to level up past Level 5 unless you buy in game purchases. This game should really just be 17+ for older teens and adults since it is so money-centered. Also, the feature to get a boyfriend or girlfriend is really inappropriate and can easily lead to grooming: another reason should be 17+. Plus, most 12 years olds do not have 50 something dollars lying around unless they're working illegally or get a decent allowance. Also, you can only restore a deleted account if you buy VIP. At that point, this game shouldn't be free: you should have to buy it up front because the free experience of this game is very lacking. When I had VIP, I was able to have what I want and have some actual fun, when I didn't it was torture and I couldn't do a single thing but stay in Level 5 grinding for 3+ hours in Highscores by liking people's pets.

Started to play, realised it’s buggy, deleted it. The quest where you have to go to shop makes you click on change maps and then you’re stuck in a loop of trying to press the right thing and it saying “want to end?” because if you click anywhere other than where it says apparently you’re not interested I. The quest anymore 🙄 people just wanna message to date which is weird, most cute clothes are locked behind VIP and diamonds. Corporate greed has taken over a game I used to love playing as a child and the game isn’t even bug free for me to want to spend my money. Waste of time

Pay to Play
I enjoyed this game as a kid when it first came out, and I had high hopes for the new game too…,however they use AI in their content and they seem to be very pay to play. Non-vip stuff is limited and often lacks design, whereas VIP have tons more. I know that is how games are ,but especially in this game. If you refuse to pay you’re very limited to the games creativity of making your own character or movies/artbooks to your hearts desire. They recently removed basic shapes (circles,squares, and triangles) from art-book creation which in turn has made a lot of players angry….. Players can no longer create artbooks/movies unless they spend money in order to get these “temporary shapes”at full disclosure. This game was fun back in the day ,but here lately it’s defeating the purpose of offering creativity and establishing better grounds to survive unlike MSP1.

Stuck on loading screen!
You guys have got to fix this game I have been trying to get on it all day literally for hours and it’s just stuck on the loading screen with 0% and it’s not going up. Also, there are some things that you could add into the game like a wishlist or pets for people that aren’t VIP more mini games, more rooms, more furniture, more hair like locks/dreads. Please ask us what more we want because there’s a lot of people complaining in the game.And NON VIP should be able to get the cute hairstyles, AND cute lips, you know really be able to accessorize y’all just give us the bare minimum.

i grew up playing msp1 and remembered it still existed so downloaded the 2nd one i love it but i feel like you guys should add things from the 1st one like a wishlist make the homes more fun and add more decor etc it gets boring i just feel like you could add sm more and make it like the 1st one but better! maybe some more games too other than just dress up and quiz! other than that i really do love it and brings me back!

I really hope you never give up on MSP Classic / MSP 1.
I understand the code may be outdated, but please try to find ways around that rather than moving away from the original game. MSP 1 is where the magic was: the creativity, the looks, the rooms, the pets, the animations, the artbooks, the movies, and the whole nostalgic atmosphere. It had a soul and personality that made players emotionally attached to it.
MSP 2 does not feel the same to many players. It feels like it has lost the charm, identity, and magic that made MovieStarPlanet special in the first place.
Please do not ever remove MSP 1. I honestly wish MSP Classic could be the main focus of MovieStarPlanet’s future, because the original game is what so many players still love and return to.
