DON’T PURCHASE VIP
This game is completely corrupted. They ban users for things they never did, steal players’ money, and deleted negatives reviews. Definitely not worth spending money on (!)

Ce jeu est +18 !! il y a la communauté la plus toxique que j’ai jamais vu entre le harcèlement, les messages rac*stes, les prédateurs s*xuel, les discours visant à pousser des gens au su*cide, les menaces de « doxxing » c’est à se demander si la modération est plus occupée à faire les derniers packs payants ou de ce qu’il se passe réellement dans leur jeu ? Si vous avez un enfant qui joue à ce jeu c’est interdiction et suppression instantanée il n’y a même pas de débat le jeu déborde de gens comme ça vous en croiserez forcément où que vous allez.
Si vous voulez ressembler a quelque chose vous de devez obligatoirement PAYER, et je ne parle pas de petites sommes je parle du fait que le plus petit pack VIP coute 7€ et ne donne absolument rien, si vous voulez vraiment profiter d’une expérience complète vous devez payer un pack 3 mois VIP de 40€ MINIMUM et encore, sinon vous aurez jamais les belles coiffures et belles tenues l’écart entre les VIP et les non VIP se fait clairement sentir mais la dessus vous pouvez vous faire votre propre avis. De plus les joueurs s’échangent des objets rares ou exclusifs contre de l’argent et certains se sont fait prélever des grosses sommes sur leur compte bancaire suite à un virement fait à d’autres joueurs.
Si jamais vous avez un quelconque problème sur le jeu ne comptez surtout pas sur la modération ils ne répondent tout simplement pas, un compte VIP supprimé sans motif ? Des signalements multiples concernant certains joueurs plus que problématiques ? Votre compte se fait pirater par des joueurs qui ont les accès de modérateur ? Tout ça c’est votre problème que vous jouez gratuitement ou que vous ayez mis des centaines d’euros ce sera jamais réglé c’est tout simplement la JUNGLE.

Always down
It’s fun, I like it. There could definitely be more added to it, imo. But it’s down every other day, and I haven’t been able to play in 3 days. Waste of money for VIP bc it’s always down.
Bug issues
Every once in a while it doesn’t let me into the app. It’s telling me to pick between my account or some random account and I click mine, and it tells me I can’t log in. I’ve never logged out before. I’m old enough to where I can finally spend money on my favorite childhood game, and after I’ve spent a decent amount for a game in my opinion, it’s locking me out?

Lots of issues but only naming a FEW
BUGGY this game breaks a frequent amount, Bans people for no reason but doesn’t ban trolls, scammers, hackers, or cyber bullies. verrryyyy much a pay to “win” game it’s always buy buy buy for anything cute even in shop, lots of issues that have been reported are ignored, they ignore the communities notes/questions/emails/complaints/suggestions/etc., the games been broken in many ways but they only fix the stuff that will keep them getting money, very boring game tbh it’s very fun at first when ur building up but once you hit peak ur just sitting afk in a lobby and so is everyone else. I play this game because it’s addictive in the trading system but even the trading system is corrupt.

Used to work
Loved this game. Even bought the VIP and a few more of the gold packs and now suddenly upon opening the app it says “Opps! Wrong room!” Ive tried closing and reopening the app. Waiting a few hours. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. Nothing works. Fix the game!!
msp2 is currently down
neither me or anyone else i know that plays msp2 can currently open the game without it saying “oops. wrong room! unfortunately, this room is no longer available. we will get you back to plaza in no time!” i asked like 4 people.
I’m stuck on the loading page when I open the app…

I tried logging into my Msp account but it’s stuck on 70 it wouldn’t go any further it keep saying oops try again like could u fix the USA server everyone can go into the game you really need to fixed the buggin asap please stop locking out vips users out for nothin banned the scammers and hackers and the once’s to bullying other people do better Msp

Love the D PACKS
I haven’t played this game since it opened in beta it’s my absolute favorite I play it every single day I do every single event, and I have almost every single login. I buy everything that I can from this. I love dressing up and the clothes that they have for the females the clothes for the males could do a little bit better and the D packs could use a little more variety but overall, I love it way more than movies star planet one

Great but..
So like I thought the game was great but it’s very different from the original. I liked the avatar BUT every update is just cash grab and most of the stuff (cute stuff) are VIP and honestly to look good and have cute avatars you gotta be VIP and it sucks. I just got an event eyes which are cute and pretty popular BUT when I finished customizing my avatar it took me to a loading screen telling me the plaza was unavailable and it would teleport me to another, I clicked okay but nothing happened and same message kept popping up. I refreshed even deleted the game and even tried a diff device but nothing. I don’t think I’ll go back to msp2 bc I can’t even access my account or Any accs I make

Fun game but terrible customer service
I love this game to be honest I haven’t found a game that will keep me wanting to play more…but unfortunately I have ran into a problem. over a week ago I got logged out of my account, I figured it was a bug so I updated my game and it still wouldn’t work so I reached out to customer service and have now not gotten one reply and I’ve send it the information they needed to log me back into my account. I hate having to make this review cause it really is a fun game but I’ve spend money on my account and I should be able to have help getting back into it …maybe by making this review I could actually get some help and not ignored.

So pls read I really love the game but like WHY DOES IT TAKE 4EVA TO LOAD I’m literally getting stuck at 8 and then my KEYBOARD POPS UP!? TO CHANGE MY USERNAME!! 😤🤬 it’s soo annoying but the game is really fun it’s one of my favorite games but pls HELP I HATE THE BUG PLS SQUISH THIS ONE TOO!!! :(

Really glitchy recently. All of my locations like beach, home, plaza, etc are overlapping onto each other on one screen. Some days I can’t even play bc the app just won’t load for whatever reason. I’ve updated, made a new account, tried different wi-fi’s and nothing.

Love it! But some improvements...
I absolutely love this game! Find myself going on it everyday, love the fashion and the games. I do wish it was easier to earn money, like on old MSP when you could go to high-score rooms and pet all the pets. I also miss forums from old MSP, I think it should be added.
Essentially, a really good and fun game! Just needs some of the parts of old MSP added on. Quicker ways to earn money would be nice!
