Misleading and unfair
I purchased the ₹349 pass on 18 March. At the time of purchase, there was no clear mention that blockbuster movies cannot be booked immediately.
Your staff informed me verbally about a 7–14 day restriction, but even after that period (today is 6 April), I am still unable to book tickets.
This is misleading and unfair to customers. I request either immediate access to booking or a full refund. Otherwise, I will escalate this matter to consumer court.

I used to buy moviecard every month in my two phone , last time it was getting applied on any movie, telling its not applicable on 3d movies , fair, wasted my 2 movies last month, this time they are saying border 2 is blockbuster thats why not applicable on it , even in the second week of the release , not getting applied on mardani is well i dont know the reason yet 😅 i will visit them and update the excuse. Whey will i pay to watch movies that are not doing well. They are just fooling people

I purchased a subscription voucher and i went to book the ticket it’s showing sry something went wrong the movie tickt was not booking so don’t download this app

No transparency in the app
1. Most of the movies getting released in multiple languages doesn’t display the language, to say whether its released in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi or any. I booked a movie thinking its Tamil(considering its original version) and ended up watching in Telugu
2. No timings shown after the booking is made for my tickets, only date is displayed.
3. Food items booked doesn’t display a reference id and this caused a lot of confusion at the food counter
Overall a useless app misguiding users, where’s user experience???

Delighted to have the Platinum Cinemas staff - Gachibowli , Priya suggested the app for additional benefits, but can’t help if technical app isn’t strong.
Firstly, didn’t appear in the search results
Secondly, app crashed 5 times after I scanned the barcode for menu .. to get so called discounts .
Of no help, hats off to Priya.
Sad, technical team is not aware of such issues !
