No Tutorial

No Instructions or even vague arrow pointing you in the right direction;Maybe this is a very useful app for someone very advanced in this field but I take photography. This is the first time Iโ€™ve tried using a movement app and I wonโ€™t be using this one again until they have some type of tutorial. It looks like it has promised, if only I knew how to use it, and I would love to see a tutorial !! Thank you and all the best in the New Year!
