Motivation
Although I don’t totally take the results as “bible” it is so good for tracking and keeping myself accountable past the number on the scale. Love my scales and the app is easy to use and easy to navigate.

Who knows how accurate all the body measurements are, but it gives an indication and a starting point if you are on a diet. Easy to use, good product, very pleased.
