Bad customer service
My account got banned after I reached customer for a problem that THEY caused to me regarding an order, and what did they do? Banned my account lol. Even when you call the customer service you can't hear them as if they don't have a proper call center

تطبيق كلو مو راضي يرسل كود على رقمي وانا بامريكا شفت له اعلان وكنت بطلب ل اشخاص بسوريا بس بعد ما شفت تعليقات ومبين من بدايته تطبيق مشلف

Buggy, sluggish and so unpleasant to use. Plus, the drivers always have difficulty reaching the location without making phone calls.

التطبيق يفووووز 😍 واحلى شي فيه هو تتبع الطلب. بس فيه حاجة انو بعض المطاعم ما يكون فيه صور للاطباق ف يا ريت تشتغلو على هالشي 👍🏼
