MOXFQ

Complete the Manchester-Oxford Foot Questionnaire (MOXFQ) and calculate scores for foot and ankle symptoms. Answer 16 questions about the past four weeks, selecting the right or left side and the assessment date. If both sides are affected, complete a separate questionnaire for each side. The app displays the overall MOXFQ-Index, walking/standing, pain and social interaction scores on a 0–100 scale, plus the raw total out of 64. Higher scores indicate greater symptoms or difficulty. All 16 questions must be answered before results appear. Responses are held only during the current app session. The app does not save or transmit questionnaire answers. The MOXFQ is a patient-reported outcome measure developed and validated for evaluating outcomes of foot and ankle surgery. The questionnaire is used under licence from Oxford University.
