بالصراحة صار لي فوق الخمس سنوات وانا بستخدم تطبيق مويا اب قمة في الاحترافية والذوق وسرعه في تنفيذ الطلبات

للأسف بدأ تطبيق رسوم فوق 30 ريال و يبدو ان حان الوقت إلى الاستبدال بتطبيق آخر ..

مازال يواجه مشاكل تقنيه ولايقدم عروض للعملاء الدائمين او كوبونات خصم اي تطبيق منافس بيسحب عملائكم لانه مافي تقدير

مشكلة بالتطبيق
من ٣ ايام توجد مشكلة بالتطبيق وذلك عند الضغط على عداد (-و+) لزيادة عدد السلعة لاتستطيع الخروج من الصفحة ويتم اغلاق التطبيق تلقائي

Trying to call customer service but no response. Only sending offers. If I place order I select time of delivery on morning but they came on afternoon.
Buggy
Constantly encountering bugs, forcing me to close the app and open multiple times, infinitely loads a lot. Has been happening for months and has yet to be fixed/updated.

Fake discounts
This app is a waste of time and money. They pretend that they are offering discounts while in fact they don’t. The price on the original website for some brands are cheaper than this app !!! How come it is supposed to be the opposite. Anyhow I deleted the app.
