Firmware is not updating
Moza air firmware not updating through app and even pc. In app it’s showing update through pc and in pc it’s showing server not found
Works well with Moza Air in 2024
I have an original Moza Air with firmware 3.1. (apparently latest) and this app works great with iOS 17.0.3. Whatever Moza did to fix the app, it worked.
The only way to correct roll alignment on the original Moza Air is with the apps so thank heavens it does work.

Can’t calibrate Moza Air! No connection!
Hi there! I have a trouble with connecting my moza air to my laptop. I installed the drivers from the official site, switched on connection mode on my gimble but moza assistant says that it can’t be connected to the server. Well, then I downloaded an app on my iphone11 and it doesn’t work at all! The Bluetooth connection interrupts in the first couple of seconds and I see the inscription that there’s no any device founded. My moza air still works but I really need to calibrate it because the trouble with the horizontal axes (wrong zero angle). How this problem can be sorted out?

Poor post purchase support
Haven't had a substantial update in a while and the most recent update has wiped out all controls for aircross 2. I now only see battery level when connected.

Bluetooth never connects
Am having a hard time connecting the gimbal via Bluetooth on my iPhone. The Bluetooth is not detecting on the gimbal, nor does the app response.
I hope that Moza guys fix this issue. Also not able to update the firmware via my Mac. Somehow it does not detect even after connecting the usb-c cable.

This is a terrible gimbal and the customer service sucks!!!
Ugh.. horrible app
Wish it would actually work. Never could connect to my device. It just kept saying it was connecting and the wheel kept spinning. Tried everything but never worked.
Needs some tweaks
Setting up the timelapse feature requires significant patience. You can not manually enter the values. You have to use these oversensitive virtual dials. There is finer control but it’s one second per click.
The app says it is connected to the gimbal, but when I click on a feature I get a message that states it connecting to the gimbal.

The app is stable and doing everything required for the gimbal.

Moza air 2 не подключается, хотя по блютузу они видят друг друга. Будет исправление, оценка изменится. А так она бесполезна.
Worst Gimal App EVER
If you want to buy this gimbal with photography/timelapse intentions, forget it!!! This App is really useless... You can’t just set a timelapse with 5min length... I’ll sell my gimbal and will choose one from DJI or Zhiyun

Ok, but needs improvement
Works alright, but there are constant issues with adjusting the gimbal speed and it getting stuck. Also, it’s more than due for an update.
