Tried to use the app during my visit to the museum. It installed fine but asked to load 200+ MB of data, which did not work out using the museum’s WiFi and stopped every time the app was not in foreground.

Don’t bother

Requires a fairly large download. The museum has poor WiFi and cell coverage. Download would have taken 30+ minutes.

So slow and may not even load

This app is really needed when you tour the Mozart exhibits. But it takes forever to load if it will even load at all. Very disappointing. We just gave up and walked through trying to read as much as we could to get some worth out if the tickets we purchased.
