Needs improvement
There should be an option to pay for subscription on the app instead of having to wait till 7.30 am to ring up and pay. Most drivers enter quarries at 5.30am-6.00am so have to wait meaning they will have to drop a load. Sending a TEXT alert to tell drivers when subscriptions are due to expire rather than email as most drivers don’t check their emails on a regular basis. Also their account should be active as soon as they have completed course rather than having to wait till their card comes and they scan it for the first time. As cards generally take 2 weeks to arrive Meaning they can’t work but if it was active after course completion they could use the app to scan in.

Waste of time asks for login details but I’ve never even logged In before so when I try and make login details it won’t even accept it . Another waste time

Downloaded app but it wants my log in details which I don’t have as I have not signed up yet so can’t use app no where to register
Can’t log in after update
Terrible update log me out now login don’t recognise my account meaning I can’t work 🤦♀️
