Canโt use the file
Though the app is rather simple and can convert to practically any file you would need, I find it incredibly frustrating that youโre unable to use these in the files app from what Iโve seen. You canโt import to files which is extremely annoying when an MP3 is needed and just dosent exist in files nor do you have permission to open it.
Might as well add that the premium subscription or whatever is simply not worth it for the two features that can be used externally. Just a waste of time until itโs actually able to use the file.

Honestly I struggled to find an app that was free and could convert my file audios, them came across this. I used this app to convert one of my files from Mp4 to Mp3 and not only was it fast but quick. Love this app please keep it free and quick you guys did amazing!

The app works, but there is confusion over cancellation
The app works as it is meant to, and I only wanted to try it out. Now that I would like to cancel my subscription, the process does not seem clear or reliable.
I already contacted support by email with my app version, device, and iOS information, but I still cannot find where or how to properly cancel using the information available to me. I keep tapping the cancellation button, but nothing confirms that the subscription has actually been canceled.
For something as important as a paid subscription, there should be a clear cancellation path and written confirmation once the cancellation is complete. At this point, I am left unsure whether I am still being charged or whether the cancellation went through.
