No explanation for why this app is SOOOO BAD
Clearly corruption has allowed these incompetent programmers such a monopoly over the only app to pay for parking. Doesn’t use English, can’t work with WiFi on???? And doesn’t work with iPhones. Vilnius please provide an alternative!!!!
Stopped working
The app doesn’t recognise my PIN code anymore. The PIN that I was using for the last few years. When clicked on “I forgot my PIN” I suppose to receive an sms with nee pin code but I don’t receive the message at all. I tried reinstalling the app and create new account but registration fails at the step where I should receive an sms with confirmation code.

randomly stopped working saying "naudotojo duomenys turi buti autentifikuoti mob. operatoriaus" but it doesn't send authentication SMS anymore despite I'm using the same LT operator (Telia) as before

Have arrived from the different country, app doesn’t sending a security code, so I can’t even log into it, just because my number is in roaming here. If your customer would be able to log into your app and pay using phone number of different country the rating could be higher, I think. At the moment is such a useless thing. If your number is in roaming, as mine, don’t waste your time on it and try to find other options to pay.

Terrible customer support
It’s ridiculous that this is the only app you can use to pay for parking for Vilnius, and they are so incompatible with IPhones. You constantly have to redo your pin(I don’t know why???) and then you can’t receive the new pin unless you turn off VPN AND Chat Relay. Why???? Why would the city of Vilnius use such incompetent programmers?

Perfect!… example how NOT to do apps
Local user, leaving the review in 2024. Besides what other users have reported - app not working on WiFi, trying to tie itself to detected mobile network, poorly designed, etc., etc., it now started demanding some “Authentication by mobile operator”, without any further clue how to address the issue. So arriving to a meeting and in a hurry, all of a sudden I can no longer pay by the app and have to decrypt special sms codes to pay for parking. There you have it - evolution towards extinction. 0 stars, if only I could award them.

Can’t use with foreign SIM, all in Lithuanian, breaks randomly
App only works with Lithuanian issues SIMs (or at least not my UK SIM). App is all in Lithuanian, fortunately I can generally navigate around as I’ve learned what the key functions are. Refuses to work if you’re connected to Wi-Fi. Stopped working for me this morning and had to ask my partner to start parking for me remotely. An hour later I was able to activate the app but would have had parking tickets many times over if I had only been relying on the app. These fixes aren’t complicated but desperately are needed to make this app more functional.

Can not use the app. Still does not work with non LT phone numbers.
Invalid parking locations shown
Displays even invalid parking locations in Kaunas as valid. For when the meter is paid, you still get a fine. No responsibility taken for falsely confusing the user.
Does not work
Does not send sms for confirmation and does not even ask for a mobile phone number so how could it?!
