works, but no dark mode and average functionality
No display of album cover nor author details, and no dark mode for OLED screens. Cannot start playing entire album, you have to add songs individually.
Works but primitive browser
I recently switched from android to apple phone. The android mpd client apps let me browse by artist or album or genre... by reading tags I assume. Wish I could do that in MPDluxe! Today it only browses the physical file system alas.
Best mpd client in the app store
Very stable and lets me access my collection painlessly. Tried all the other clients available for iOS. Probably works best if your music is properly organized into directories.
Issue using it through cell data link
It’s good to find an mod client app for iPhone, but I must report that although it works well when used from my lan, it never succeed in ´Retrieving contents’ when using it from outside through my data link
(and it **is not a firewall/port issue**).
It would be great that this is isdue be resolved. Is there a git page to report that?

I previously purchased this thinking it was a standalone music player, but I had problems and asked for a refund.
However my friend showed me how to get it working so I purchased the app again for £2.99 but it keeps automatically closing after a few seconds.
Unsure if this is a security feature to prevent people using the app after getting a refund ?
If so can you help me ? I cannot seem to find an email address for app support.

Cat’t add directory to playlist, free MPoD is better.
Good app, with one flaw for me
I was unable to contact support from the web pages, but this app works fine so long as there is a router on the network. If I connect my iPhone to private network with just the server and no default gateway it doesn’t connect
If I add a default gateway, all my internet traffic is hijacked by the private network.

Poor product
Functionality is very basic, UI is below average.

Cluttered ui
Very cluttered UI, elements are shifting, worst it does not have connections management so you can’t control several MPD insolations (I have 3). Another bad feature if I have saved playlists i want to load all playlist - not song by song (I have hudreds in it!!!)

Can't play stream, there is just no option to play it, only control.
