Payment issue.
It’s been a couple of months since MPG app started not working. Payment doesn’t go through every time I try.
App won’t work
app_id used during initialization must be a valid UUID v4 string found in the OneSignal Dashboard
Why?
There’s no reason why you’d want to use this app. First of all it’s super awkward to set the dates. Secondly, the prices are worse than if you just drove in and didn’t use any app. I typically use ParkWhiz and that allows me to save money. This app will not, at least for the spot I checked in Manhattan. I gave it to it two stars because it allows you to search addresses fairly easily.

Bad Update
The last version was better. I just did the update and now I can’t sign in. Cant create a new account. Can’t book. Doesn’t go past the sign in page.
NEW UPDATE MADE THIS USELESS
With the new update ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS. Got locked out of my own parking garage for days because it wouldn’t let me sign into an account. Total disgrace.
Stopped working
I used to use this app all the time but it stopped working months ago.
Unable to create acct
This app does not even allow to create account. How stupid is it
The app is full of software bugs.
Can’t fill in “country” field in new account set-up. My husband and I have tried to establish a new account several times. It never works. Total bust!

The app is not working since 11/8/2024. It’s Not allowing cc exp. Date to be entered. When will this be fixed?
Awesome
I have only used this facility twice but both times it was great. Short wait and very courteous employees.
Don’t use app
Reservation double booked , there is no cancellation feature, so if you book a reservation and you have an emergency and need to cancel you can’t and they will charge you. I booked my reservation and it was there twice for 2 different amounts, could not cancel , so when I went to get my car I was charged for the one I scanned . The next day I was billed twice for one session , been trying to reach them via email , and phone no response, no manager on the site either. Desperately trying to get my $22 back. I’m not the only one with overcharged issues using the app a lot of my coworkers having the same issue that they opted to park elsewhere

I park on Clinton Street in Brooklyn Heights
The guys there are amazing especially the manager. I call him Brian but that’s not his name it’s similar to that lol. I’ve been parking there for a little over 2 years and these guys have helped me out a few times I ran into a problem. I miss Nelson, nice guy. These guys always make me laugh. They’ll even make room for my car when the lot is full. I do have to say the other reviewer is right. If you book a spot prior to getting there and the lot is full that’s kind of your problem. You already paid but that doesn’t mean you’re guaranteed a spot. There no one to really contact when that happened. The lot can’t help you get your money back because it’s through the app. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card the 2 or 3 times that happened. They do need a better system. If you pay through the app a spot should be reserved for you. Any other way doesn’t make sense and it makes things difficult for everyone involved. Also extremely narrow path when driving in. I banged my car up a few times. Need to be extremely careful pulling in and out. Even the turn pulling out if there is narrow.

MPG is terrible. They allow you to book, take your money, then when you get to the parking lot, god forbid they are full OR they don’t allow overnight parking (but they still allow you to book on the app), you’re screwed. I’m hoping I can get my money back. Otherwise I will dispute the charges on my credit card. Please please heed this warning! (I would give them negative stars if I could)

Avoid, avoid, avoid.
Don’t let the pricing fool you. You’ll book a spot, thinking you’re all set only to arrive at the lot and get turned away because the lot is full. Then you’ll spend weeks trying to get your money back. Avoid at all costs.
No customer service
I would use this more often but service is nonexistent. Garage full? Too bad. Charged twice because you had to extend your stay? Good luck. Not worth the minimal savings over other apps.
Parking full, figure out for yourself, don’t care you already paid
I booked for 2 days on the app, when I arrived at the parking lot on 93rd and 1st Ave, I was told the parking was full without any other information, like saying find a parking spot elsewhere it's not our problem that you already paid...
I sent couple of emails to mpg, no one answered.
What's the point of having an application if you can't update available space, this is smart as a bag of hammers...
