Useless Support

Zayn and Samuel are absolutely no help, I am trying to request a withdraw and it keeps denying my basic personal info and they continue to paste generic "please ensure your info is correct and try again" after repeat attempts to tell them it won't accept it

DON’T DOWNLOAD!

This game is a complete scam! It will keep adding what you win to the bonus balance instead of the withdrawal balance. When you contact support they are rude and will respond one time and try to end the chat themselves without even asking is your problem resolved. Seems very AI generated like it’s not an actual person you’re speaking with. DO NOT PUT MONEY INTO GAME. Waste of time!

NOT WORTH IT

They made it to win always at beginning to have you stay but the more you play you lose money and go against bots and give you the worst chance of winning. The deal and ways to get more money to continue playing is not worth it and to keep scamming so they have a way of getting you addicted.

The app has no problem with allowing you to add money to play games or verification to debit your card but when you attempt to withdraw any winnings it asks for you name dob and address then tells you that it can’t verify your account as if locks you out for 24hrs. The person on chat help suggested I wait again and double check my name and dob as if I don’t know what my name or dob is ! I was told the app needed a “cool down” period before I could try to enter my information again as if they can’t use the same verification they used to take money from me to pay me. STAY AWAY! DONT TRUST

Just okay

This game does pay out when you win. However winning is another the story. You deposit $50 and you play games and start winning games. The points needed to win increase with every win. At first , to win you need to score 3200 points. It’s do able but you win a free fans now you got to score 4000 which is very hard so you just start losing so many in a row. The more you win the higher your score needs to be to continue to win. This is why the game is no good for people spending money.
