Client for viewing on my computer
Hello I have this dvr and can view it fine on my phone but would love to view it on my computer via a client for this dvr I have 2 Dvrs... anybody out there know the name of the client for this dvr? And ware I can download it???

Does not work with Tmobile ipv6
This app does not work with Tmobile ipv6 stds. I have to use my iphone X as a hotspot to another phone to downgrade to ipv4 in order to view my cameras remotely.

Why doesn’t it work without the Wi-Fi that’s the whole point of the app right? It used to work before

The only reason I gave it two stars is because I'm grateful to have the app, but since the last two updates the playback doesn't work properly. The speed controls don't function - increasing playback speed just causes the video to freeze and you have to disconnect and reconnect and basically start all over again. Video must be reviewed at regular speed because using the controls just causes another freeze. These functions worked well in previous versions. It has always been a flaw that there is no way to review motion detection prior to selecting a time to start viewing from, but now the app is worthless for anything other than live monitoring.

Updates keep rolling out, but when you try to search, all you get is "end of data". Fix it please

OMG!
Did u guys test this update? It doesn't even show the buttons on the menu anymore! It shows some ugly big letters instead on the regular buttons. And it doesn't even fit iphone 5 screen, I thought that was the update for. Please kindly FIX ASAP or revert to previous version!

Just installed this on my iPhone and was able to view my apartment from 2000 miles away, connecting to my Schneider Electric Smarthome system. Very easy to use and video is clear. Would be worth 6 stars if the is an iPad equivalent and the video could even be clearer! Great job!
