Design flaw
1. You need to download the app in order to charge your phone… but what if your phone is dead??
2. I went to verify my email to create an account and when I typed in the code nothing happened.
Doesnt work, stupid design.

Hi! Our service is a portable battery rental — so the app is meant to be downloaded before your phone dies, just like any other app you use daily. Regarding the email code issue, we’re sorry it didn’t work for you! We have many new customers joining every day without issues, so it may have been a one-time glitch.
