I visited a location without downloading an app. And I like that you’re able to see a screen with choices but the app is not good at all - who uses a white box with white text on an app?!? Mr Clean of course

Can’t get past registration; unable to input/set passcode
Bought unlimited but app says I have no washes
I bought the unlimited and I can see the receipt in the app but it says I have no washes available and when I scan the vip thing it says I have none.
I waited 15 mins before having to back out and leave with a dirty car.
Definitely cancelling cause it’s just not worth the trouble. I expect to be able to wash my car when i need to when i pay for unlimited. Too bad cause this is my favorite car wash in town usually

Why have a white background with white letters? That makes a lot of sense 🤦🏾♀️... That's like writing with an imaginary pen on an imaginary piece of paper. Who can actually see that? NO ONE... Please fix...

Poor design. The sign up pages obscure any text entered based on text color and background. Will be deleting this.

Your suppose to be able to cancel your membership on the app. I don’t see where. Is it invisible?

I swear I’ll use the car washes I bought and then never go back. You have white background and white text. How am I supposed to use the app?!?
Who designed this app?
I have 20/20 vision, I don’t understand what kind of a sadistic person puts white text on a white background. I have been trying to select Toyota Corolla for literally two days and it’s a shame because it makes me want to go somewhere else because it would be easier, even though I know the actual car wash does an excellent job.

Cannot See Anything (TEXT IS WHITE)
The text is all white and so is the background so I can’t see anything i’m doing.
Pointless
While the service is nice at the car washes, the app is pointless- literally. I have spent several hundred dollars having my vehicles maintained (detailing and oil changes) and have received ZERO points.
