I had to change my password and now I’m stuck on the screen where I have to enter my phone number and and birthday andwhen I do it tells me it’s already in use. Yea it’s in use in my account.

No way to update credit card
I tried to order from this app but I must have entered my billing address incorrectly. I went to the store and ordered there, they said the charge would never be confirmed and the cc company would eventually drop the charge. So, when I got home, I tried to update the cc info. No way to do so. So, I tried to give feedback via the app - pushed the button and absolutely nothing happened. So, just never make an entry error or you are screwed.

Always slaps
Since they’ve reopened I am addicted to their chicken Philly omg with waffle fries & cheese I can’t!!! It’s never a miss. They burnt my bread once. I guess they toasted/ the inside of the bread too long but it always slaps every single time lol

Bad service
Worker would not except coupon for the valentines promotion and would not do anything to help me with the promotion coupon after I was told that he couldn’t except it and then told me that I could try to scan it and then the coupon would not open so I had to pay the full price for both sandwiches and said that I would have to take it up with the customer service at the main office not a good way to keep customers!

This is the 2nd time I have tried to use the app. It says my address doesn’t match my address in my card account. It is the same. I copied and pasted from my bank. This is the 2nd order Mr Hero has lost from us due to this issue. If I call the store to order, they won’t honor the app coupon or deals. I am for a 2nd time going to subway.
