Yay! Time zone support!
Not too far into the experience yet but (drumroll please) ... it supports time zone changes! Most reminder apps only send reminders in ONE time zone, whether you're in that zone or not. This app actually kept my reminders at the time they were set for, which seems like it would be common but apparently most reminder apps assume that you're never going to be in any other time than where the reminder was created. Fly across the country and your reminders are all at the wrong times (and therefore useless or even dangerous if they are for meds). So far, my only complaint is that it doesn't seem to be able to show my reminders on my calendar which would be super useful but at least I can travel without losing my reminders.

Really nice app! VERY organized
I was using the round app, but it was making a mess of the supplements for multiple people. I did choose to pay the one time fee to get this app. I really like how easily you can manage your whole family by switching users at the top. This app was very well thought out and organized. The only thing I wish I could change was the duration of taking the medicine. Instead of prolonging it, an indefinite function or similar. Thank you for a wonderful app!

downloaded this to help me keep track my pain killers for getting my wisdom teeth out. i went to go fix one of the things cause i had messed it up and it crash and now won’t let me open the app.

Useless - can’t handle as-needed meds (?!?)
Yet another pill minder that is incapable of the most basic pill handling; PRN (as-needed). Sheer idiocy.

Update: I am very pleased to change my rating and say this app is working perfectly again after a recent update. I’m very happy with it. It keeps me on track.
I went to this app after Round quit working and is no longer updated. This worked well until recently. Now after marking a medication taken the notification doesn’t go off until you reopen the app and click on the item again. But overall it worked good. It has been helpful.

I can’t edit meds or select medication in menu without the app shutting down.

This app is my go to app I use a few apps because forgetting my pills would be life threatening to me, so I need to know that the app won't let me down. I also have this app on my Apple watch, which I find useful so easy and convenient. I think the dark feature looks amazing you guys have put a lot of thought into your app that's why I gave it five ✨

Fantastic
I love this app, reminds you when you are due take different meds, sends notifications to my smart watch, and I only have the free version. I don’t think I could have managed my medication for the past 1.5 year with my memory without this app.
Good but loading issues
Great App for ALL my medication but I have found that having paid for my Pro version it does not seem to be active as back up will not happen unless I subscribe when I click on it it says your subscribed ? And loading if on the move in the car it does not like it you have to be stationary- otherwise it’s great the reminder is very good etc I have had a response from developer and they are aware of issues so happy with customer service.

Gets the job done
I’ve tried a few pill reminder apps and Mr. Pillster is definitely one of the best ones for customizing the dosage and frequency of each medication type. User interface could be improved and would have liked the option to link to an account so I can use it across different devices. But overall I’d recommend.

There may be a few kinks to work out; mainly ease of use issues. But the team behind this app is super helpful and responds quickly to questions! I really appreciate that I can track my family’s medications in on spot and that it doesn’t limit how many medications we have to deal with in our household pharmacy.
