Continued synching issues
Synching issues for 2 weeks due to latest app updates. Support replies with templates responses with no indication of a fix and advise to refrain from synching.
Good app
Yes good app and user friendly. But don’t think the claim for unlimited photo is real or may be yes but you will have trouble syncing. I had to re-activate or re-complete my inspection and re-sync for about 10 times. The app froze sometimes when you are marking or putting individual comments on the photo to overwrite the original. You will lose the inspection when app is removed and re-installed with unsynced inspection. Lucky if app is set up to auto save photos from the gallery but then this is an agony itself because when the inspection is re-created, photos can only be added from gallery to the inspection one by one! So yeah! You’d be better off going back to the property and redo the inspection.
Poor support! You will only find out that there is trouble from their end when something is wrong on your app and after reporting the issue to them. Support team doesn’t announce if there is trouble from their end. Takes time and lots of transfers when you’re on the phone because they don’t have a dedicated line for MRI rentfind so you end up pressing any button just to speak to someone to put you to the right team. Mind you, the wait time is too much. They will support via email which doesn’t help.
As a PM we always need an answer as we are always time constrained specially entry and exit condition reports. I end up giving entry condition report a day late sometimes and we know what means in the eyes of court. I had the opportunity to use Inspection Express from a previous job and far more better in my opinion.
