Not a substitute for real communication avenues
This app looks and feels like it was made in 2001. I can see why they might want the ability to interface for certain things, but it doesn’t work well. Even with notifications turned on in the app and in my phone settings, I didn’t receive anything while others did. There’s also not a history of updates to go back to once you dismiss or if you didn’t get it as a notification. This can be a fun little side thing for MRU, but I really think in urgent situations you should actually text people… this is a common practice at other institutions I’ve been at.

MRU now terrible
Why am I supposed to download this app if it is complete garbage. There no sign in portal I’ve looked for like 15 minutes. It’s only use is to report incidents to security. The the name to “MRU Security” and Campus support is garbage. Remove this app from the store.
