Paid but no answer

I have paid for the credit and asked couple questions but always get credits refunded but when I purchase new credits I don’t get refunded. I got a lot of credits I ask questions but I don’t get any answers I get my credits refunded which stays on the account for ever.

Ich liebe liebe liebe diese App. Für mich gehört diese App schon zu meinen Alltagsroutine. Es gibt dir eine spezifische Auskunft über deine Woche, den Monat und generell hilfreiche Tipps, wie z.B. welche Farben du an den Tagen tragen solltest, wann die idealen Tage für Bauty, Pflege, Bürokratie, etc. ist. Und all das anhand deines Geburtshoroskopes. Mine Ölmez ist die einzige Astrologin, der ich jemals meine Hand ins Feuer legen würde.
