Flakey connectivity
Haphazard connection to my iPhone 16 Pro. Connection successful less than 10 percent of the time. Connection is also less than acceptable with my iPad. I can get a connection sometimes when I select forget this network and the reselect the camera network. Very substandard messaging. Very substandard relability.

Will not connect to my iPhone.
It requires precise location data, but the option to turn that on is not in the settings panel. It works on my iPad, but not on iPhone 13 mini. It also works on my wife’s iPhone 12. I don’t think I’m going to get a new iPhone just so I can use a $70 camera.

So of the app is in Chinese. It requires you to share precise location which makes no sense. I could not get any function of the camera or the app to work. Sending back.
Glitchy software
Love the camera, but the software leaves a lot to be desired. I’ve had to uninstall it twice and re-download it to get it to recognize the camera and connect. When it finds the camera, it’s great, but all to often I’m left staring at a screen that says “connecting”, while I’m needing to back my trailer up!

Why does this need my precise location?
The app will only work if my precise location is selected with location services…. What is going on with the Chinese spying?
Would not load
Could not get the app to load to and I phone 13 tried over a dozen times. And there is not any local contact for help. Will be returning to Amazon for a refund.
