Do not recommend

This app seems worth it when you look at all it has to offer. It glitches and is not something I would trust to keep important information.

Disappointed

I’ve had this app awhile but haven’t use it in over a year. I have forgotten my password. When I go to log in it asks if I want to reset my password. The app says they will send a temporary password to my registered email so I can sign in and create a new password. I’ve checked everything on my end but I haven’t gotten that email that it says it sent. Very irritating. I understand I’m the main problem here as I forgot my password. However the app isn’t providing the fix by not emailing me a temporary pe as it says it will.

Completely frustrated

I have emailed myself a link to remind me of my password/reset my password about two dozen times now. Never does it show up in my email, not my inbox not my spam. Yet in the home screen of the app there is no way to contact app support directly. I had to go to the webpage and I found all kinds of cool information about dozens of diseases, but could not find a direct link to app support even though it tells you to go to the website to contact app support.Super frustrated. Tempted to just forget it altogether. Not happy!

Nice app but please…

Nice app but please add Face ID login

Landscape on the iPad please!

This app is portrait only. It needs to support landscape. It is difficult to use this app when you have to take your iPad off of the keyboard to use it. Fix it and I will use it.

Missing a few common symptoms

A good app for logging symptoms and adding a journal entry/notes for more detail. I like the layout and charts, but the app is missing a few major symptoms—dizziness, aphasia, and tingling/shocking sensations. If there were even the ability to add a few self-defined recurring symptoms, that would be awesome.

Not for Australia

Mustn’t work in Australia unable to register as info invalid prob to do with my email or mobile entered on trying to register. Is this app only for Americans?

Medications

I don’t like that it gives me the schedule of when to take my meds. I am also limited by the amount of meds I can list. I haven’t used all of it’s apps yet.

Response from developer

There are no limits to how many meds you can list and you can now add custom meds as needed. Also, the Scheduled Reminders are completely optional and are synched with your Calendar where you can edit them or delete them as desired. Thank you.

Generally Good

I'm happy with this app for the most part. It has general categories which cover what I'm experiencing most of the time. I have no clue how they are coming up with data for some of the charts however. The BIGGEST issue I have is that at some point in the afternoon it switches automatically to a day ahead. (I'm in ETZone.) Personally, I find this very frustrating.

They will send you email about diseases you don't have

I just got a survey for their Hepatitis C app even though I don't have that app (only this one).

The kicker? The name of the disease is right in the subject of the message so when it popped up on my screen as a new message notification it implied to my boss (who was working right next to me) that I have Hepatits C.

Not acceptable.

Response from developer

This was a one time issue many years ago caused by human error. Someone pushed the wrong email and we apologized profusely as this is strictly against our policy. Thank you.

Login issue

The most recent update most certainly did NOT fix the login issue.

Helpful for some

I was eager to try this new application for my MS. But I was disappointed when I downloaded it to find that it was complex and difficult to set up. In part this is a reflection of my own disease. I have many complications, many medications, many doctors and adding all of this to the app at once is a burdensome task.

I also have a simple system that works for me, So my motivation to start a new system is low.

This app would be helpful for someone who is newly diagnosed, has frequent exacerbations, and has not yet learned the meaning of all of the odd symptoms we get and variations in how they feel. If you start your disease with this tool, you are likely to give it a much higher rating.

I still ding it for its complexity and the minor annoyance that when you click for information it takes you to it's own website and the first thing you see is a request for donations.

Try it to see if it would be helpful for you. For me, I am happier with my single page summary of diagnosis, medications, and questions for my doctor at each visit.

Helpful but ...

I like this app and find it useful. But I would like to add additional symptoms.

Worthless Since the Update

I lost 4 years of data with the "update." App no longer allows a way to record injection site rotations, so it's being deleted.

No news from the web

This has taken away all the amazing articles about MS news and research! This app is GARBAGE now!!

Delete now

I just lost 15 years worth of data that tracked my exacerbations, when they updated for ios8. DO NOT USE THIS APP! No assurance data will be there tomorrow. No way to recover!

Update

This app was great at first. As I had just been diagnosed with MS, I used it to keep track of all me episodes. Now with the latest update and remodel, everything is gone. All my journal entries, medication start times everything.

Needless to say I am not a happy camper.

Eh

Not too bad, but frustrating. Only lets you pick one symptom per day (ha). I'll spend a while writing in health journal, but it doesn't get saved. Most of the time I forget that I have to specify "save" before I click to go to the previous screen (seems like it should save automatically). Well I finally remembered, & it still didn't work. Fix that, simplify the app, & make journals more broadly practicable, & maybe I'll try it again.

Bugs

I was really keen to use the journal, but it's not saving all the information I enter.

Not worth it

Not very easy to use. Drug names and doses don't just pop-up or have drop down menu. Can't enter more than one symptom and entering information is time consuming and doesn't always save. Very disappointing.
