Missing a few common symptoms
Not for Australia
Medications
Response from developer
There are no limits to how many meds you can list and you can now add custom meds as needed. Also, the Scheduled Reminders are completely optional and are synched with your Calendar where you can edit them or delete them as desired. Thank you.
Generally Good
They will send you email about diseases you don't have
The kicker? The name of the disease is right in the subject of the message so when it popped up on my screen as a new message notification it implied to my boss (who was working right next to me) that I have Hepatits C.
Not acceptable.
Response from developer
This was a one time issue many years ago caused by human error. Someone pushed the wrong email and we apologized profusely as this is strictly against our policy. Thank you.

Helpful for some
I also have a simple system that works for me, So my motivation to start a new system is low.
This app would be helpful for someone who is newly diagnosed, has frequent exacerbations, and has not yet learned the meaning of all of the odd symptoms we get and variations in how they feel. If you start your disease with this tool, you are likely to give it a much higher rating.
I still ding it for its complexity and the minor annoyance that when you click for information it takes you to it's own website and the first thing you see is a request for donations.
Try it to see if it would be helpful for you. For me, I am happier with my single page summary of diagnosis, medications, and questions for my doctor at each visit.
