It just gets worse…
October 12: My initial 2-star review had to get downgraded… The app crashes continually on startup, or says “no students” on login, or starts a process and then fails. Don’t even think about pausing what you’re doing to switch to another app briefly or whatever you were doing will be lost. Yes, this is all after updating to the most recent version. It continues to be unintuitive, awkward, and difficult to navigate. With no chat support feature for such a bad and buggy app, only a support phone number to call, this remains one of the most frustrating app experiences I have had in years. Need to add a credit card? Sorry pal, you’ll have to type it all in, despite virtually every other vendor/app in the world automatically uploading the saved card info on your phone. Need to complete forms for more than one child? Sorry, you’ll have to do them separately, individually. Made a payment? Sorry, it will still show an outstanding amount long after the payment was approved, and the invoices removed from the child’s account. I’m far from a Luddite, but sending forms home in the kids’ backpacks to be signed like when I was a kid, and sending them back to school with cash, would actually be far more efficient and user friendly (even if I haven’t used cash regularly in a decade. Yes it’s that bad)
Aaaand now (October 27) the app forces you to update before continuing using … and then sends you to the USA version in the App Store 🤦🏼♂️

Garbage App
This app has major issues with processing payments. Customer support was not helpful and not able to provide support. Beware of this app and website.
