Ripoff alert!!!
Please do an online search of reviews before purchasing!! I wish I had looked at more than just App Store reviews.
The software does not work as advertised and everything you need (including tech support speaking to an actual person) requires an upcharge.
After spending hours trying to get the software to sync with iCloud, their tech support told me the only solution is to use a laptop and manually sync when I want the data. This is not feasible, as I do not have a personal laptop. Additionally, I want to see my child’s data in real time, not have to wait until I take their phone to do a manual sync. I certainly will not purchase a laptop to use the worthless $350 software I paid for a subscription of!!
I have requested a refund multiple times. Tech support told me they cannot offer any solutions. Customer service claims that iCloud is syncing, and I have sent them screenshots showing it is not.
Shame on Apple for allowing this company to still be on the App Store!
