Msuluhishi

Msuluhishi is an AI mediator for everyday disputes. Two or more parties join the same session using a shared code, each writes or speaks their statement privately, and can attach evidence such as photos of receipts, messages, or agreements. Once every party is ready, the AI reviews all statements and evidence, then produces a single neutral summary that fairly represents every side, along with a set of clear resolution options. Parties discuss the options together in a shared chat. When everyone agrees, the app generates a signed, sealed memo documenting the agreement, which can be saved or shared as a PDF. The app handles common everyday disputes such as money owed, rent and deposits, shared purchases, and informal agreements between friends, family, or business partners. Disputes involving large monetary claims are flagged and the app recommends formal legal process instead. Every session is private to its parties. Evidence and statements are encrypted at rest, and any party can permanently delete a session at any time, removing all messages, evidence, and the agreement memo.
