Having trialled MTB by entering myself for a piano exam, I can’t wait to start entering violin pupils with this exam board! It honestly takes so much stress away. The app is very easy to use and guides you through everything. Highly recommend!
Great app, great exam board
I switched to MTB exams during the first lockdown and find the app really easy to use. It walks you through the exam process, makes a good quality recording, tells you what documents to scan in and zaps the whole thing off to the examiners. Hasn’t let me down yet, which is a big advantage over some older, more established exam boards. I’m a convert!

Makes recording and submitting your MTB exam painless
When taking a student through an exam there is plenty of pressure to get things right. You don’t want the recording and submitting of the exam to add to that pressure. With this app, you are guided easily through what you need to do, and all the clever stuff happens out of sight. It’s very straightforward to record the exam performance, review, add photos of any own choice pieces and then submit for marking. The submitted recordings are listed if you need to go back to them.
