Cette appli est totalement inutile. Il ne m’est jamais arrivé de me dire wow, de l’information precise sur le transport de mon enfant.
Si c’est la faite de l’opérateur, c’est qu’ils ont vraiment mal évalué leur clientèle!

Defective ,wrong information , says child got off bus when is not on
I have 3 children that go to the school. Only one is listed on the app this year when last year all 3 were! I get notified during school hours my child is arriving home and getting off the bus ! My child will be home and be told she got on the bus and got off the bus ! She is 6 year old ! Bus driver says nothing he can do! School as well

App doesn’t recognize your email on file from the school board. I would just keep away from this app.

Custom ETA notifications
It would be great is we could set a custom time notification for the bus’s ETA.
The first notification the bus could still be 20 minutes away and the last notification that it’s on the way gives about 2 minutes before the bus is at the stop.
Being able to set a 10-15 minutes arrival alert would give my kids enough time to leave and not miss the bus. Otherwise they could be standing out in the freezing cold for 20 minutes.

Would work better if driver always used it
There are some delays with notifications and it would definitely work better if the driver would use it every drive

The application keeps crashing on my iPhone 13 Pro iOS 16.6 Every times I try openings the app, it immediately closes 😭
The app constantly crashes
The concept would be great to f the app didn’t constantly crash. Can’t even log in.
More advanced notification
it would be nice if it sent a notification for the 2 or 3 stops before our kids’ as well as their own stop.

i’m a teenager myself, and i think this is useful for parents and anyone who misses their bus often. every morning i check to see if the bus has already passed. it sends you a notification when it is near your stop, when it arrives, and when it leaves. it prevents me from missing the bus very often 👍

Useless when bus driver isn’t set
All year the bus driver has been changing monthly even sometimes weekly. This while they keep changing bus driver and haven’t set a permanent one they never send or use the app. Useless
Not good
It’s not reliable at all. None of the bus drivers ask students to scan their cards. So you never know if your child really is in the bus or missed it.

Enfin une app de qualité qui nous sert à suivre le trajet de nos enfants de l’école à la maison. Je suis plus que satisfaite du fonctionnement à date et trouve rassurant que le développeur met à jour les notifications suite aux différents commentaires des parents. Super service à la clientèle et réponses rapides.
