My new go-to
I needed something straightforward and easy that worked to save my normal routes & to find new ones. This one is it. Superb! Thank you to the developers for making my life easier 💟. I hope this does not become abandoned.
Unintuitive
Had to navigate to 4 or 5 different parts of the app before I found the actual subway map. And once you’re on the map, there’s nothing to locate you ON the map. And then ironically, when trying to add a couple “saved places,” the map in this part of the app kept yanking me to my current location making it impossible to save the place I had searched. There are also too many menu options when you select a station from the Station nav bar. Don’t know how you expect anyone to get anything done on an app that requires a million steps before you get any information. There are half a dozen more flaws i don’t even want to bother to write about. As someone who does stuff like this for a living, let me give you a pro tip: test your app before you release. This thing is riddled with bugs, is unintuitive and too complex. Also, add subway maintenance notifications. It’s common knowledge the nyc metro is terrible as of late, and people want to know if there is a delay or service change more than ever.

Wow this app is so good
I tried really a lot of subway apps for nyc, but I couldn't find the one with minimum ads so that I can save my data. I don't have to watch any video playing when I open the app. Also, the layout is really comfy.

There is a lot of supply. Reduce your pricing a little so that more people could join in. I would certainly consider removing that banner for $1.99 maybe, but that's about it.

This subway app was beautiful / well-done; but my phone ran out of space & I quickly realized it is HUGE! It was the largest app on my phone.

Exit info incorrect
I downloaded this specifically for the exit info. I like knowing which end of the train to be on. I just checked 4 stations I use frequently and the exit info was wrong or incomplete for all of them.

Good idea but it coaches every time I tryto use it.
Needs additional detail
This map does not distinguish between local and express stops.
Awesome app
I am moving to nyc and desperately wanted an app which gives the map as well as a schedule and this app is just perfect. Most apps will hive the map or somply the timetable, but this gives an interacive map which is very intuitive.
Room to improve
Not even remotely as good as the very excellent Jihachul (Seoul, and made by the same people) hopefully this app will mature into something worthwhile. Right now it's just a sad shadow of their other, far, far better app.
My search is done...
I've come across many subway app for NYC. And this...clearly. As if the fact that it has a time table for train schedules isn't enough? I even tried to get the subway effect and put my phone in airplane mode, then tried to find a route. It didn't let me down a bit! It's as if someone read my mind. I'm pleased.

Terrific App!
Excellent, user friendly app. Great route planning and easy access to Google Maps, which helps you pin point the subway station location on a street.
Great way to get around in the city
If you are new or experienced commuter this app will help you. It has timetables, searchable stations, bookmarks, and excellent resolution. The best of all it's absolutely free.
