Not for Apple TV - mtv won’t refund
I subscribed and the live doesn’t work for Apple TV users. I asked for a refund but mtv refused. They sent me a browser link, which doesn’t help

The recent update requires iOS higher than 15.1. As of yesterday, There are no compatible versions of MTV app that work on old iPads!

Second, i’m having an issue with the app when watching something with a high number of views. The app begins to stop making us unable to watch what we registered for to watch. Please solve this issue and if u need help please revert bqck i m ready to beta test anything.

Mtv live not working
I accessed the mtv app to watch the news as i live in the united states and want to check on whats happening as my family is there. Even after pressing multiple times on the libe button and mtv it does not open even though the other programs work

Customer Services are extremely poor , careless unprofessional, for 2 months we complained that we are unable to open the App, Icos add comes up and cannot remove. We sent Videos, photos, spoke many times , we sent e mails.
We have been paying yearly subscription for many years .
Last we sent e mails to be forwarded to Mr M al Murr. Extremely disappointed, nothing happened

Ads are inappropriate
I was fine with minimal ads until inappropriate ads starting popping up. I removed the app and will never use it again
