Worst Customer Service Ever

I’ve been mobile gaming for over a decade. I’ve spent several hundred dollars on this particular game. On day 11, I was given an event that is locked (without prompt) until day 21. So the event currency is locked (tooltip on currency says active, but attempt to use prompts “Event over”) and will be converted to useless coins before the event goes live. I’ve made several tickets that were simply closed without resolution. Literal fraud. If I chargeback the purchase, they will ban my account. So I am forced to eat a $60 loss, or lose several hundred dollars in cash and time spent. Extremely predatory behavior.

So game is great. Apparently even though they have a support channel nobody monitors it. Events are major in this game and I have an issue where 8 million power is involved so yeah. Been waiting 4 hours for support….

Bugs

I love the game for sure. It’s fun and enjoyable. But with the current new version there are a lot of bugs. Like missing costume items and mounts and also missing all the current events. Please fix those
