Fix it
Ever since this stupid heartmate update the app hasn’t worked properly! I can’t get into the store to earn beats or eggs so the app is essentially useless now. Tried messaging them and not no response. So trash app and trash customer service.
Frozen ads
I keep getting an ad that freezes and says it’s loading but I can’t exit out of once award is given
Ads aren’t working
I’ve been trying to build up my votes on the app, but every time I try to watch any of the Ads, they’re not working :/
ASEA Voting Tickets
I’m writing this to let you know that the rules for obtaining votes for ASEA is only for pay I can only do FREE voting tickets which the ASEA voting collect does show but gives no votes why have a section for free voting tickets when you can’t use them not everyone can pay to obtain votes please change this

광고봤는데 왜 리워드가 오르질 않나요
아니 투표권이 광고10개당 1표주는것도 짜증나 죽겠는데 그 광고 하나하나 보는것 마저도 지금 오류인지 뭔지 분명 다 보고 X를 눌렀는데 광고 시청이 중단됐다고 라워드가 오르질 않아요.... 덕분에 30개만 보면 될걸 광고 하나하나 볼때마다 이래서 2번씩 보느라 60개를 보게생겼어요 앱도 뭣같은데 좀 고쳐주세요 제발 광고를 몇번을 보게하려는 거에요...
