Obviously Broken
This app worked a total of 7 times before it started to say “delivery unavailable” no matter what. Unusable and frustrating representation for a good restaurant. It’s been broken like this for over half a year, lazy and negligent developers 👎

App not working; white screen of death
The app seems to be busted at the moment, every time I open it it shows nothing but a white screen, so it’s effectively useless until it gets fixed. Please fix it soon! 🤞🏻🙏🏻

Used app to purchase burrito, location was closed. But they charged my credit card. And ignored my emails for refund!! Stay away they are stealing credit card information!!!
Scam. Loving my $13 rice
Tried the new honey chili pepper burrito and the site gave me a chance to remove toppings. I checked "NO, I WANT IT ALL" and when I got there they checked whether I really wanted everything removed. I told them no, "I want it all" don't remove anything. Now eating white rice with chicken and no sauce. So done with this place...

App is broken, support is useless, promos are a scam
I have completed the “buy 9 get 1 free” reward three times but the app does not let me redeem it. It forces me to make another $5 purchase just to claim a “free” item. I contacted their social media team, who respond quickly but only with copy-paste replies. After 8 months the issue is still not fixed. The technical team has offered no solution. Overall, the app is poorly designed, customer support is unhelpful, and the promo system feels misleading. I have around 75 orders on the app. None benefited me.

The app is truly god awful, basically not much more than Windows 95 but not as user friendly.
Cannot cancel orders
I placed an order last night thinking that it would be ready for last night. When I realized it would only be ready the next day, I tried to cancel the order but there was not button to cancel. I called the number provided and they couldn’t do anything. Huge inconvenience.

Redeemed a free burrito and got a nasty email telling me to stop redeeming burritos with hundreds of other peoples emails cc’d. Huge security concern.

It doesn’t work most of the time. Error: Online ordering is unavailable at this time. The call-to-book and call numbers are out of the local province. It does not remember the logins. It’s just a pain website converted to an app. They should be embarrassed for launching this.
