NO PICTURES LOADING
I am so disappointed. I have dont this race for four years and the past two have been horrible accessing pictures on the site. I look forward to finding my team and seeing those moments. Very very very disappointed!! I have also reached out numerous times with no response.
Just stupid
This app doesn’t even work. It keeps saying there is an updated version but every time I hit update now nothing happens and the alerts pops up again saying there is an update version.. no way to creat an account and only gives the option to log in.
No photos loaded
Not able to access any photos from the app. Have reached out to event coordinator for over a week no response. So disappointed since these photos are the only memories my daughter and I would have had

I try to open the app and it says I need to update it. I go to try and update it and their isn’t anything there! I want to access the app to get my pictures!!!
Not working
The event I attended shows the incorrect date in the app. Ocala was 10/16, not 10/15. The pictures cannot be seen. I tried to contact support but kept getting a notification that it was not set up for support.
Less than Impressed
Got an email that pictures were loaded, went into app and it does nothing for the event I was in. Keeps trying to put me in events in other parts of the country. No way to get into settings to check your profile. Lots of fun at event, not so much in follow up.
App won’t even open
I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling. App just won’t open. It just keeps loading. Very frustrating!
Terrible
How do you even ask for help? Stuck in a constant loop of not being able to log in, to not being registered, to credentials invalid with no resource for assistance. If this is the only way to get pics, I’m stuck and held hostage to an app with no alternatives.
Horrible!!!
It’s been a week since the event, they mailed us the link to this app and there are no photos available. There was no mud on the day of the event, there is no photo available, they charged and arm and a leg. Very disappointing!!!
Disappointed
The pictures won’t load. I am so disappointed that I can’t see the pictures from the muddy princess run that I did.

This app still has a problem with not showing the photos that were linked here. Fix your bugs again!
Useless
Horrible app.if I could give 0 stars I would. At first wouldn’t just upload pictures. Decided to check back later and now my email isn’t associated with the event?! Really?! Absolutely horrible app. They need to send an email with the link to the photos like they used to.

The app won’t open to view pictures. It just spins.

The app will not sync for the specific date of the event that me and my friends did. Deleted the app multiple time and downloaded again. Still won’t sync. Just spins and spins and spins. You need to offer another way to view pictures since your app doesn’t work.

I downloaded the app deleted and re-download it again several times and it still gets stuck spinning on event configuration there is no option anywhere for me to update any of it
