I just fueled up pickup and saved .43 cents a gallon it’s been a year since I’ve used the app and I’m very impressed with how much it saved me today. I just forgot about using Mudflap but I’m going back to using it all the time.

Like many, I’ve really had to search out better fuel prices than ever before and Mudflap has given me more choices of where to buy discounted fuel.
Awesome Service
Having the credit card has been so simple. I don’t have to deal with entering the code or going inside when the pumps are older before fueling. Definitely recommend getting the card!
First time user
It was my first time using this app and after not understanding the first PIN I quickly figured it out and from then on it was pretty straightforward and easy to use. My future travel plans will coordinate with this app for big costs savings.

App doesn’t work well
This app does not work! It won’t give me a fuel code and keeps declining my card. I’ve used three different cards. I would not recommend
Great Customer Support
I had some questions on my account. I called customer support phone number and actually talked to a live representative from the USA and I could understand him. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. This is the type of company America needs all across the country in my opinion.
Cancelled fuel codes
App works fine, but me and my dad have both ran into problems when it comes to canceling fuel codes, we do not get our money back and when we call their support, they just say it’s been resolved on their end when it hasn’t. Then they go on to tell you to contact your bank, when I did, I had to file a claim to get it back, mudflap cancelled my account till I paid them the money for the cancelled fuel code saying the money was taken away from a sepperate code I actually used. When in fact I have the paperwork from the bank proving it was the actual code I had cancelled that got refunded. My dad’s code that was automatically cancelled is still pending from a week back….

The discounts are great. Many times the code does not work at the pump and when I go in the cashiers seem clueless
Great Concept…TERRIBLE support
I love the idea app but there are constant issues and canceled fuel codes…the support team when you call is hit or miss. I have a few drivers who use our company’s card on app… as the owner i try to help with issues and I call tohelp figure out issues REGARDLESS of having all the information the support needs they still tell me the driver needs to call. Again cool idea but savings not worth the time you WASTE on phone with support.

Support personnel were easy to work with. They were able to solve our problem and we were able to fuel up and be on the road in a very short time.

Downloaded app. Couldn’t even set up an account or sign in. Worthless.
Don’t like it
I had to give payment details and a $350 deposit to start using it. Used it the first time ($81) and saved money, no issues. Stopped to fill
Up the 2nd time and was notified I had insufficient funds although I still had $270 from the $350 deposit, plus an additional $176 in my account. Called and they wanted me to always have $350 in a deposit, so basically I would have to transfer more money over to use it. I didn’t like that idea as I had money in my account to pay for any fuel I would purchase. It was too much of a hassle for me so I terminated my account and are awating Mudflap to transfer the remaining deposit they held back into my account.
