hardware

The hardware is extremely impressive but I did not know software could be this bad. This is an incredibly terrible app that has no design or UX feel at all. During the tutorial it completely locks you out of every other part of the app, including setting the watch from left-handed to right-handedness. There's a lot of other oversights here that make this app not well created at all. They should open source the SDK for this app and allow people to create their own because of how bad this app is.

Buggy and defective

The band wouldn’t work on any device. They charged $30 to exchange it for the link. The link doesn’t work on Apple or android. It will work on my PC with the software downloaded simply plugged and play Bluetooth feature. Work. When I called it for support on the band, they just replaced it with a link and then charged me a fee for that of shipping.

It’s convenient a little tight

I wish there were gestures for simple things like volume control. Maybe squeeze your fist and turn left or right. Also why does my new band never charge to 100% it stops at 95% and just stays there.

There should be two modes one for air controller and the other for gesture controls. You could use the watch face to switch between or a series of taps to the power button on the band. You could include play pause volume and skip or repeat.

Hard to setup wrist band with app

Just receive my wristband and was excited to set it up to see what it can do. already having issue to sending it up. The wristband does not communicate with the app. Hard to setup and can’t end finish go through the tutorial. Cannot see any cursor on my iPhone to go through the next step of tutorial. I think this band is a great concept, but too much bugs. Am not happy with the product experience. Waste of money and time.

cool tech demo, now needs useful features

after the first minute of controlling my phone with my hand from a distance, I wondered what actually useful things I’d be able to do with it.

I was excited for controlling the Apple TV as advertised, but no that’s “coming soon” so not actually available.

Then I was hoping I could at least play/pause media on my Apple Watch / phone etc, but nope that doesn’t appear to be a feature yet either.

For what it’s worth the app is well made and looks nice and the onboarding process is smooth. There’s just no pot of gold at the end cause I’m struggling to understand what I’m supposed to use this for
