Major app issue
Every time you try to go book something it keeps closing out the app I verified. It’s fully updated, but it’s being a pain.

Why remove the ability to schedule a few days in advance and see which stylist is available each day before having to choose a service? Worst update ever.
Little to zero point in having this app!
At first it seemed like such a good idea to be able to consult an app for hours and wait times. The problem is, however, that no one bothers to update ANY of the data! Yesterday, the store closest to me showed that it was open and had a 0 min wait time, so I drove over there only to find it closed. I double-checked the app. Nope, the app said it was supposed to be open. So, I decide to try one close to where I work. The app said 0 min. wait time, but I wasn’t going to fall for the ‘ol “yeah, but were closed” trick. So, I decide to call them before heading over. Well, they were open alright, but the rest of the evening was booked solid. I mentioned the 0 min. wait time and the lady on the phone said, “oh yeah, we’ve never gotten that part to work right”. What?!? Take the app down! It’s a complete waste!

Outstanding
I have not had haircut since March. With the risk of COVID-19, I could not take a chance. I was impressed with the precautions taken by this establishment. Needless to say, the challenge for the stylist was great. She did an outstanding job, in a safe environment. I’ll be back
