Coffee subscription 👎
Im having huge difficulties collecting my coffee for the R100 subscription, what should be seemless has become anyoing, please fix you app or return my money, I have to prove every single time I bought the subscription because your app is not connecting to you server and updating itself accordingly, people I just want my coffee I can't be stressed out each morning because of this.

Customer Beware
We haven’t supported Mugg & Bean for several years due to the lack of quality control and absent minded staff (Blue Route Mall) At some point we must have signed up for this app which now turns out to be a deeply regrettable decision. Even after deleting the app, we receive text messages at 02:38 in the morning. Emails to their head office during the past month haven’t stopped this from happening. They are also potentially selling your details to third party marketing companies. Beware.

Great new app
The new app is really looking very nice and easy to navigate. Just one bug - subscriptions are no longer working after 1 Oct. I.e. nothing happens when you click in the tile to purchase as new subscription.
Lack of communication
We ordered a few different toasties this morning with order ahead and collect. After waiting quite a while for acceptance, we received an SMS saying order rejected due to items out of stock. How are we supposed to know which items is out of stock? Would love communication just to know what not to order, since we desperately want toasties and want to order again.

Long time coming
Been picking up the best filter coffee on the planet in the world I live in, needed a subscription service just for the comfort of knowing that it’s paid ahead and now we have that, thank you for the progressive effort.
Loading card not working
I think ordering with the app is a great idea specially since with lunch time there was quite a que for take aways. I tried and failed to load my card to complete the order 6 times…
