Most half a**ed app ever.
I downloaded this app for one of the giveaways. I can’t tell you how much I absolutely hate this app and how it functions. For one, the giveaway section is always empty even if there’s an active giveaway- what’s the whole point of that page if it’s not being utilized. Then for the giveaway, they tell you they will contact you over the app but I have yet to see where they contact you. You would think it would be in the social page but it’s not. Speaking about that, what is the social page for if we can message or receive messages, why is it purely for post from Muha. Then I tried to use support chat and that’s acting up stating “the app can’t verify my account” or something. So much wrong with this app, like it was released too early. Honestly this app is a MESS!!!

Completely Broken
First, I used to have an account with one verified product on it as my original account after a long time of not needing the app I uninstall the app, and recently reinstall. Not only does my previous account no longer exist when I go to create a new one, and I fill out all the information possible. The only thing I can’t add my phone number because it belongs to an older account which does not exist any longer apparently. But also on top of that the app is not working at all none of the events work. The scanner is not working. It shows all products are fake or booth, but that can’t be true. If the app database isn’t even loading I can’t see any rewards anything in the store nothing‘s loading. The app is completely broken like the servers are out. It has been days since I’ve experienced this. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. It is still broken. I signed out and now I can’t even sign back into any account. I can’t even make an account if I wanted to using an email that I’ve never used before.

I'm a huge fan of muha meds that I've boughten their products at least weekly could get a cart in valley pure woodlake in Cali for $6 - $10. What a deal.
Faulty app
I’ve been a member for almost five months now, and for the first time, I was logged out, and when I reset for a password, it’s saying the only email I have isn’t registered with an account! That’s completely wrong, because it’s the same email and phone number I’ve always used. Be aware that this app can randomly delete your whole account.
