About

Muhasabah is a quiet space for daily self-reflection, rooted in the Islamic tradition of muhasabah — honest self-reckoning between you and your Lord. Each day, a gentle prompt invites you to write honestly about your intentions, gratitude, struggles, and hopes. There are no streaks, no targets, no pressure. Just you, your words, and your Lord. Reflect with purpose Write freely or follow a daily prompt. Your reflections are saved privately on your device, with optional cloud backup when you sign in. Name of the Week Choose one of the 99 Names of Allah as your weekly focus. Receive curated quotes, hadith, and themed reflection prompts tied to that name — a gentle way to build your reflections around a deeper theme. Gentle insights As your reflections grow, Muhasabah reveals quiet patterns: what you reflect on most, when you tend to write, and how your practice has developed over time.
