Bugged from the start
App requires access to copy paste from Macbook (shared clipboard) and the registration cant be completed without it.
Can’t log in anymore
I’ve been using this app for years, but suddenly I was logged out. Now I can’t log back in because every time I enter my phone number, the app immediately shows “Ověření přerušeno” without even sending a verification SMS. Reinstalling the app and updating iOS didn’t help. I also can’t create a new account. The card is not available, so the app is useless now. Please fix this.

Requirement for login before displaying the card is very annoying. It pops up every time I need it the least.

Good app with minimal downsides
I like it, occasionally it shows some bugs but what app doesn’t. I would really like to see dark mode so i don’t burn out my retina when planning what to buy at the evening.

Show the card in any circumstances
Guys, would it be possible to get to your Albert card without necessity to download new version od the app? Imagine you are standing in a payment row, it's your turn to pay and the app wants new version. You should somehow at least let users display their old card. As it does not update anyway 🤷🏻♂️

The worst grocery app
So I thought Tesco has the worst grocery app, but that was before trying Můj Albert. I tried to update my phone number in the app. It didn’t update it after the confirmation. I used the app in the store. I received a notification that I got 38 credit, but after opening the app, the credits are 0. The receipt isn’t in the app either. Since the automated cashier doesn’t print it, it’s then impossible to check it. Also, in the app there’s a non working option to have your receipts printed: when you tap it, it just switches back to no print 😂 I tried to send feedback within the app, but guess what? There’s no confirmation after tapping the send button. Just nothing happens, your feedback stays there for you… Ah, and the new feature Leták doesn’t show any leaflet for my selected store. Overall the user experience is terrible and as a result I will not be visiting Albert stores if there’s a choice. Good work guys, especially on testing the functionality 😂

App is logging me out
The app is generally fine, but in the past few weeks it keeps logging me out, which I really don’t like. I mainly use it for the card, and I need quick access when I’m paying, so I don’t want to be logging in all the time at the cash register. I’ll probably just take a screenshot of the card instead.

Veľmi často sa stáva že aj po zaplatení nákupu ostáva nakup v aplikácii stále aktívny. Vždy to zistím až pri ďalšom nákupe kedy už neviem urobiť nič iné len ten starý už zaplatený nakup zrušiť.
Can’t sign in
Recently switched to Iphone 16 from 11 pro and so far i cannot sign in. I’m only able to fill in email. After that i can’t press any buttons.

Discounts to download app are a horrible marketing strategy.

Hello, the discount app is just an option to take advantage of even better prices, but even without it you can find good deals at Albert. The app is more like a bonus that can make shopping easier for someone and bring discounts, but of course it is not necessary for shopping. The app seems nice but I’m struggling to read it or find a language change setting (do they exist?)
You would think that a huge European supermarket chain could offer different languages for their digital products…
Only 9 million people speak Czech as opposed to over 1 Billion who speak English. Seems like serious neglect to not offer the app in English.

Please could you make an English version of the app in Czech Republic. There are more than half a million foreigners in Prague and would love to make use of the app which is currently only in Czech.
