Beware: upgrades to unsupported version
I was forced to update to this version which downloads fine to my phone but doesn't do more than ask for an upgrade. I called support and was told to suck it up. TMobile clearly doesn't want my business any more.

Мусор, а не приложение. Ни баланса номера телефона, ни названия тарифы, ни срока действия номера. Зачем оно существует вообще?
No transfer eSIM option
When transfering to new phone the eSIM failed to transfer. Support was not available whole weekend and on Monday I was told it is impossible to transfer eSIM with this application. Only works on web app which I can not log into anymore because I do not have the old eSIM active. A lot of struggle for just a simple task of transfering eSIM and it is still not done.

Why PIN?
Normally use sometimes this app, but after last update is necessary to use some pin? Pin what? At first time i could use sms number and bypass pin. Now it is not possible. And i cannot use app anymore. Thank you.
Amazing app with great design and features
This app is great because of it activities, free limited time drinks at official T-mobile stores and other fun activities and discounts that can be optioned/claimed by magenta hearts. They also have a lot of giveaways

It is the worst app ever, I installed it just cuz all the tickets for Sabrina were out and i could not find them anywhere else, so i gambled and spend all of my weird heart points, but I did not win. Horrible app and service
I used the app for many years and it still has the same mistakes at crutial times. When I use up all of my data and want to buy more I can't even log into the app. The only really important thing. Amazing service from a multi billion dollar company, bravo.
Loves to crash
In general the app is nice. You can manage what you need to manage.
But the quality control is not very good. With the advent calendar event now it crashes constantly when you try to do something.
I would skip these events and just work on the overall reliability of the app.

Not a bad app but
maybe let me use it with older ios? I have an older iphone and I don't want any new ios versions, the app keeps redirecting me to an update that I need new ios for, currently not usable.

Almost every si gle month I am forced to do an update. Just to manage my account. So sad and stupid.
This app could/should have been a website
The mandatory updates every one/few months with 270MB download size are just ridiculous. Especially for an app that IMHO does not have any added value over a simple website with the same functionality. The “best” is when you run out of data and need to get more and find out the app needs to be updated. At least the mandatory updates should be once a year at most. The app works (hence the two stars), but seems unnecessary. Update: downgraded to obe star as the app version 25.13.0 (Nov 2024) stopped working: asking for an update, which can’t be installed on iOS 14.x (I need it for compatibility reasons). On Android this version of Můj T-Mobile supports even the ancient Android 8.0 … please revert the iOS deployment target to a more reasonable value.

This needs correcting
Why can’t I cut and paste my card number into this app? It’s either autofill or nothing, and I refuse to use autofill fir something that sensitive. So then I have to fill all those numbers manually? Isn’t that insane?

Very easy to use and always working well.
Really bad application
1. Null value instead of my Name
2. Cannot login with my number for a few days (then login done automatically)
3. Data limit is ended, but app cannot provide access to add more data without update of the app. Fortunately, I have found the Wifi

Widget is missing
The latest update seems to have removed the widget. It’s no longer available! The widget was very useful for tracking my monthly data usage, and now it’s gone.
