These guys are literal scammers. Extremely overpriced tariffs and god forbid there was a mistake they charge you inflated fees. Worst of the wort company.

On November 29, 2024, I discontinued their
service, and paid remaining balance. Next
day I flew to Australia and NZ, placed
Vodafone.CZ chip in my luggage, and used
Australia company prepaid chip there, in
Fiji & Tahiti. In America I use AT&T service.
Yet Vodafone.CZ charges me every month
for service they DON’T PROVIDE !!!
When I lived in Czech I had Senior rate of
326 K, now they charge me every month
496 K for NO SERVICE !! Impossible to
communicate with them from overseas,
they don’t respond to my e-Mails…

Horrible APP - doesn’t work
Horrible app. So many bugs. You cannot even change a contact email address. Very disappointed with the app. Had a lot of trouble using it on my iPhone. Also had a lot of trouble using the website. Customer service never responded to any of my requests over a month ago.

Unable to login
Password field limit is 9 digits and on the web its up to 15 digits, so if you set your password on the web to 15 digits, you won’t be able to login to the app, wow!!

I would add a star if it takes visa card from other countries. Also, I would add another star if the remaining credit can be checked on widgets.

The payment function to top up does not work. When I called the customer service they told me that they never used the app so they couldn't help me.

Great app... Downgraded one star because it's all the time live. Should require Touch ID on iPhones each time it signs in. Otherwise it's great to be able to check how much data has been used as well as minutes and SMS
